Dear brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, Greetings to you that would have an ear to hear what the Lord would say to his church of these end times.

I Edward John Hintz would by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ share what I believe the Lord has been showing me over the past twelve years concerning the work of His hands and his sons of the household of faith, religion and the world. I will start with 1981 or the fall of 1980,which the new moon and the feast of the blowing of trumpets. The Jewish religious seventh month, and the first of the civil New Year which continues seven days or in our time of fulfillment seven years. In 1981 the Lord shared with me that we are in the time of sorrows, and confirmed it by awakening the wife of a brother that shared his jail ministry with me. The Lord spoke to her at three o'clock in the morning. She told me about it when I came to visit this brother. At the time I did not understand completely what this meant. The Lord gave me more understanding later. The Lord sent me to a brother that was crying to Him because of religious hypocrisy and oppression, saying who is my brother. There seemed at that time to be a feigned love in the church a shallowness of the doing of the word. In the summer of '81 this same brother received two dreams from the Lord, one in July and one in early September, and the Lord gave me the interpretations. At this point because of its length and depth I will not go into revealing it at this writing, I will share with you at another time, but it concerns the judgement of America.
Now I would like that you understand that I do not desire to condemn with this letter, but to exhort, and to encourage, because I have been in the world seeking my own and not that of the Father's, and I was the chief of sinners before the Lord saved me out of the world and separated me unto himself. There have been, unfortunately many that have turned back to the world. The Lord began to show me that He through the preaching of the cross would set the captives free, and the pastors would put them right back into captivity to religious doctrine and traditions. This kind of preaching stunts the growth of the believer and gives the enemy access to over run the souls of the believer and want to fight any new move of God. Those that practice legalism are blinded and lack understanding and can only be set free from this by the Lord and will realize it when they begin to be persecuted for it. The Lord began to draw me out of this and my fellowship assembly by this very thing and once I was outside looking in, I could see this, and the Lord showed me that this is what the unbeliever sees also.

A brother I was fellowshipping with had a dream in the year 1983, wherein he saw a dark cloud come from the back of a church assembly and begin to cover the congregation till it was totally covered. The only one that could be seen was a woman on the stage and her face shown with the glory of the Lord. I will try to explain who this woman is later in this letter. I then received a scripture from the Lord: Psalms 12:1 "Help Lord for the godly man ceaseth, for the faithful fail from among the children of men." And at this time iniquity was beginning to abound in the church and the love of many was waxing cold. I would like to make clear that no one can understand spiritual things unless they are seeking after spiritual wisdom and understanding with their whole heart and the Lord is drawing them into a deeper and deeper relationship with him. To him who has, more will be given. About this same time this other brother and I were experiencing a heaviness falling on us and it became visible to us by the apostasy in the church and a turning away from God and a turning back to the world.

Not too many people wanted to talk about the things of the Lord. It seemed like the glory of the Lord was departing from the church and Icabod was written on it. Joy was waning. It was becoming more difficult to praise and sing. Profanity was becoming more commonplace than praise. I had a dream where I saw a wide set of stairs and people were going up and were coming down, at the top of the stairs was a ballroom or dance hall. I entered into it and then proceeded to go into the bar or dinning area. I saw all these waiters that were there dressed in white and they were frolicking and playing. Then the Lord said, "people are coming and going but my house is empty and my ministers are playing games.

In 1986 the Lord began to prepare me for what I was to go through. He said I will wash your eyes with tears so that you can see more clearly. Trials come to us as well as to those in the world, but the Lord turns our sorrow into joy and what the enemy meant for evil the Lord will work out for our good. In 1987 I lost my second son who was only 33 years old. I was devastated. I asked the Lord to direct me to a fellowship, for I wasn't going to any church at the time. It was a small group, but instead of comfort and understanding I found rejection. One of the things that really separated us was their rejection of me because I didn't have a job and couldn't contribute to their collection plate with a tithe. I came out of there feeling very discouraged and there was a darkness and a coldness that precedes the dawn where there is a bitter coldness and temperature of zero degrees and it drops another five degrees below before the sun starts to come up,and like a cold wind racing around ones feet trying to pull down and devour before it is put away by the suns warmth.

At this time I saw myself standing in the administration building of a military compound. I could looked out across the compound and saw a light on at the guardhouse, for it was nighttime. I turned and saw two men and the one was pushing the other man into a closet. He said to me that he was putting my Friend's Father away for a while. I turned and went out the door and saw a troop of soldiers marching towards the fence. They began to climb over it. I started after them when I heard a voice behind me say, "are you going to leave also". I stopped and did not go any farther. The troop of soldiers was the army of the Lord climbing the fence and going AWOL The light at the guardhouse is Jesus, for he is the door and the guard of the compound. The man I saw being put away was the Holy Spirit, and the man putting Him away is Prophecy of Scripture of fore knowledge of this church age. I would share with you what the Lord has revealed to me in this area and try to give a picture of type in scripture. Turn to the book of II Kings 2:1. Elijah-God is Jehovah or salvation. Elisha called Elijah-Father the chariot of Israel and the horseman thereof. Turn now to II Kings 13:14 Elisha-God is Salvation or Jesus. Elisha has fallen sick. Joash the king of Israel called Elisha: Father, the chariot of Israel, and the horseman thereof. II Kings 13:14 Elisha died and was buried, but in verse 21 a dead man was dropped into Elisha's grave, and landed on his skeleton. The dead man revived and came alive. I believe Elijah is type of the Old Testament church: Ps 68:17-18,Mat.27:52-53. Elisha is a type of the New Testament church because he did more healings and miracles than Elijah did; yet he died. So it is with this church age. It's dead. The Lord will have a remnant that will have resurrection power in it. The lord will use the few to change the course of many. We all need to turn away from doing our own works. We are God's workmanship, created unto good works. Let's pray for one another Ps. 80 that he would rain down righteousness on us.

The only counsel that will stand today is the full counsel of the Lord. Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that procedeth out of the mouth of God. Those that would follow false doctrine, will fall on that doctrine and die, just as Saul fell on his sword and died and his sons also perished. Saul lost his crown because of disobedience and the lack of faith and a desire to learn the ways of worldly and ungodly king Agage. The man of God, Samuel, hacked Agage to pieces. Peter spoke of how judgement starts at the house of God first and where will the ungodly be found. Thus, for seven years the house of God has been judged and chastised to reveal their nakedness. From Sept. 1980 to Sept. 1987 is seven years. This is the feast of trumpets that precedes the day of atonement and the feast of tabernacles, which may begin with a sacrifice,made with fire. The feast of trumpets came to be regarded as the anniversary of the beginning of the world. The Rabbis believed on this day. God judges all men, and that they pass before Him as a flock of sheep pass before a shepherd. This is a quote from Ungers Bible dictionary page 350.

We have been witnessing the fall of big ministries. Every denomination has a champion they look at and hold up to the world and each other. They say, look what we are doing, but soon as they fall they distance themselves from them. These ministries and denominations are like Aaron's golden calf or Gideon's ephod. "And all Israel went a whoring after it" Judges 8:27 The Lord will famish all gods of the earth, starting with these I just mentioned. The Spirit of Jesus is working in individual hearts and no longer in organizations. It's not the Christian life; there is no such thing. It is Christ in us the hope of glowing or shining His light. The Lord is saying to us the same thing Gideon said to the people of Israel back then. Judges 8:23 And Gideon said unto them, "I will not rule over you, neither shall my son rule over you. The Lord shall rule over you." Now at the close of 1987 and the beginning of 1988 it was a very dark hour for God's people. This time and scene can be likened to going into captivity. Willingly or unwillingly we are all being dealt with and continue to be refined and purified until the end, for the Lord will come back to a bride without spot or wrinkle.

I mentioned before the woman on the stage with the glowing face. I would now try to identify her for you. I was standing inside a garage, looking out through the window. It was nighttime and I saw a car parked in the driveway. A man and a woman were sitting in the back seat. He was making advances towards her and she resisted for a while, but soon gave into him. Just then I noticed a man standing alongside me. He said to me, "I no longer have a wife, only a daughter." The man in the back seat of the car is the world. The woman is the wife of the man standing beside me, and she is the type of the worldly church. The man standing beside me is Jesus. The daughter (woman on the stage) is the remnant that will separate themselves from fornicating with apostate religion and the world. Not long after this I was sitting at the kitchen table where I study and meditate or reflect and ponder in my heart the things I have seen and heard. I took pen and paper and began to write down my thoughts and this was the result. You have raised up children Lord, and they have grieved you. What have you done to make them turn away from you? I see you sitting there weeping and crying unto them, "I love you. Why do you not return my love? I have laid even my life down for you. I had a wife. I lavished great and abundant gifts of love, wine and oil, perfumes, corn and all good things on her. She is unto me as a heathen and a sojourner in another mans house. What can I do that I have not done already to secure your love for me? Yet I am as one that cryeth in the streets, 'Return unto me'. Have I not been a good husband unto you? Have I not been faithful unto thee? Alas I have found thee slain by our enemies the very ones you thought were your lovers." Now I say unto those that love the Lord, that with purpose of heart we should cleave unto the Lord, and grieve not the Holy Spirit. For those who are led by the Holy Spirit are the children of God.

On Feb.28, 1988, I received in prayer time Isaiah 63:4. For the day of vengeance is in mine heart and the year of my redeemed is come. What does this mean? The number eight is the number of new beginnings, two eight’s, two new beginnings. One is for the people of God and one is for the people of this world system. We will now witness judgement on this wicked and rebellious world. I believe also we will see, with a spiritual eye of faith, for the natural eye will be deceived, a coming together of the dry bones of Ezekiel 37. Psalm 37:9-11 The evil doers shall be cut off, but those that wait on the Lord, they shall inherit the earth. When Lucille Ball died in 1989, I was impressed that the Lord was saying, "This is the end of joy and gladness for the world." Isaiah 24:11B all joy is darkened the mirth of the land is gone. Isaiah chapters 24,25,26, is a good scenario of the end time.

Addressing the subject of the Holy Spirit being taken out of the way in Paul's second letter to the Thessalonians chapter two verse seven. The scriptures say the believer is the temple of the Holy Spirit and that He would never leave us or forsake us. The scripture also speaks about the Lord's face shining on a nation or individual that they will walk in great light but if He turns his back on them then they begin to stumble and make great mistakes. This happened to natural Israel when she turned away from the Lord and the Lord would bring chastisement on them and when they cried to him he had pity on them and healed them. The nations around Israel were judged when their sin came to the full also. We have all witnessed a falling away as Paul spoke of and a dark night when many fell asleep. The Lord speaks of these times through scripture in Deut.32:20 And HE said "I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith"

Isaiah 24:5-6. The earth also is defiled under the inhabitance thereof because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, and broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth and they that dwell therein are desolate. In the year 1990 an understanding came to me that if the Lord was using the pattern of the feasts to fulfill his will through his written word and leading up to and including the final feast that has not been fulfilled yet, the feast of tabernacles. The feast of trumpets is now past, 1980 to 1987, seven years or seven days. The next event would be on the tenth day or in this case year. It would be the Day of Atonement. A quote from Ungers bible dictionary page 358 says "Thus on the day of atonement Israel was reconciled unto Jehovah, which was necessary before the feast of tabernacles, which feast prefigured the ingathering of the nations. The jubilee year was always proclaimed on the Day of Atonement and was also high Sabbath when no work was done. The Lord is saying to us this day and at this time in Exodus 6:6, "Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the Lord and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgements."

I am not sent to the world, but to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. I believe that the Spirit of Elijah is already working in the hearts of his people bringing them out of their graves, beginning in 1988. The spiritual is greater than material, and will come first, breathing life into us. "Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit saith the Lord." The year 1988 is the beginning of restoration that Peter spoke about in Acts 3:21. Those of high degree shall be brought low, those of low degree shall be exalted. The first shall be last, and the last shall be first. Those that struggled to stay alive in Christ this dark night will be the first to respond to the Breath of Life. The only way that anyone will prosper in this hour is through the single eye of faith, looking to the author and finisher of our faith, Jesus Christ, seeking after him with our whole heart and abiding in the vine. Those who would try to see with the natural eye, and follow the dead letter of the law will be deceived.

At the writing of this letter, Feb. 1992, we will begin to see a persecution of religious legalism. Those that would ask, seek and knock will begin seeing their prayers answered. Also at this time, those walking by faith will begin to experience the Spirit of Elijah through the sons of God. There is a remnant of believers that the Lord has set aside in a wilderness place waiting for the word of the Lord to come. Like Gideon and the three hundred that the Lord chose. These are the barley that are harvested before the wheat Exodus 9:31-32. They went with the sword of the Lord, the trumpet sound of war, the shout of victory, as broken vessels so their lamps could be seen in a dark night. The Spirit of the Lord put fear in the hearts of their enemies and they began to flee, this is a good example of the Lord using the few to change the course of many. Then the rest of the army of Israel was called to finish so none could receive praise for victory but the Lord. The Israel of the Lord has been on a spiritual journey since 1980 through Jeremiah, Lamentations, presently at Ezra, heading towards Nehemiah, a returning from a spiritual captivity in Babylon, to the building of a spiritual temple make of living stones in the middle of a heavenly Jerusalem. There shall in no wise enter into it anything that defileth, Rev.21. The redeemed of the Lord shall return and come singing unto Zion, and everlasting joy shall be upon their heads. They shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and mourning shall flee away. As this world gets darker and full of mistrust and hatred for one another because iniquity abounds, there will be no joy and no hope. We, the people of the most High God, Jesus Christ the Almighty, shall have the light of Jesus arise upon us. We will shine like a city set upon a hill that cannot be hidden. The light of the Lord will keep getting brighter as is said in Prov.4:18. They will see our love for one another, our joy and hope. We will not thrust through with the sword one another, and we will have good understanding in the word of the Lord. The word will judge those who walk not after Christ. For there is no longer any condemnation to those that are in Christ Jesus. Psalm 126, "When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream (or sleep). Then was our mouth filled with laughter and our tongue with singing. Then said they among the heathen, the Lord hath done great things for them.

Now, what is the Lord saying to his people today, in 1991? Isaiah 40 "Comfort ye, comfort ye my people saith your God. Speak ye comfortingly to Jerusalem and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned, for she hath received of the Lord's hand double for all her sins. The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted, every mountain and hill shall be made low, and the crooked shall be made straight and the rough place plain. And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together. For the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it. Rec. Jan.1991. I have learned from experience and by waiting on the Lord, with tribulation, that there is no quick fix, but like Abraham through faith waited on the Lord and attained unto the promises that go along with salvation. I do know this for certain, that the Lord wants to, and will remove sin and sickness from us. I wish above all brethren that you would be in health and prosper as your soul prospers. All that is necessary is an honest and sincere response to the drawing of the Holy Spirit. Please don't turn back. I can see light at the end of this dark tunnel. Rec. Feb.1991 Jeremiah 29 For I know the thoughts I think towards you saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall you call on me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you, and ye shall seek me and find me, when ye shall search for me with your whole heart. I will turn away your captivity and I will gather you from the nations, and from the places whither I have driven you, saith the Lord, and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive. We of the household of faith have just come through a dark night when no man can work. We prayed for the sick and they died. When we prayed the heavens seemed like brass, well this has changed, praise the Lord.

I exhort you brethren, in the name of Jesus, that you watch and pray to escape the things coming upon the earth and the ungodly. For we are not appointed for wrath. Rom.13: 11-12 "And that knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand; let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light." In the gospel of St. John chapter twenty-one, after the Lord had been crucified, it was a dark night for his disciples also. They were called to be fishers of men, but they returned to their ships and they fished all night and caught nothing. But when the morning came Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples knew him not. He asked them if they had anything to eat. They answered him no. For I am speaking for myself. There seems to be a famine for hearing of the word, and most of it is stale bread. When the Lord commanded them to cast their net on the right side of the boat, they obeyed and caught a great harvest of fish. These scriptures seem to be paralleling this end time. The Lord is also saying to us "come and dine". He has prepared a table for us in the presence of our enemies.

John 21:21 Peter seeing John said to Jesus, what about this brother. What shall he do? Jesus said don't concern yourself with what I do with him, follow thou me. And thus in another place. A man shall stand or fall before his own master, and he is able to keep him from falling. It's time to rally around the cross of Calvary and cast aside our differences and love one another. The world is in their midnight hour, and will continue to decline till all scripture is fulfilled and all bow their knees to Jesus, and His enemies are put under his feet. Let us identify with the Lord so that we may shine forth in this dark world and wait for His appearing for it is close at hand. It stands to reason that if the church of Jesus Christ had to go through seven years of judgement and wait for the tenth day atonement, then we could expect the world to go through an identical seven year period and wait for the tenth day atonement. The seven years will lead to the feast of tabernacles and there could be a mount of transfiguration of disciples that follow close after Jesus. Then those that were last shall be saved. All Israel shall be saved and begin serving the Lord with their whole heart. Is. 6:9-13 What I mean by this is that some of the brethren are so entrenched into religion that it will take a great fire to open their eyes. I believe that at the beginning of the feast of tabernacles there will be a sacrifice made with fire and that cities around the world including American cities will have a great conflagration as Sodom and Gomorrah had fall on them. Isaiah 24:12,15 "In the city is left desolation, and the gate is smitten with destruction. Wherefore glorify the Lord in the fires" etc.

"Arise and thresh, O Daughter Of Zion: for I will make thine horn iron and I will make thy hoofs brass: and thou shall beat in pieces many people, and I will consecrate their gain onto the Lord, and their substance unto the Lord of the whole earth" (Micah 4:13). For behold the day cometh that shall burn as an oven and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly shall be stubble, and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But you that fear my name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in his wings, and ye shall go forth and grow up as calves of the stall. And ye shall tread down the wicked, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of Hosts," (Malachi 4: 1).

May the word of God dwell in you all richly, and may the grace of God through Jesus Christ abound towards you, that you may ever be fruitful. Amen.
